MY STORY
I’m Austin Walker with TX Peach Homes & Investments. I help intown Atlanta homeowners and buyers figure out what’s next—whether that means upsizing, keeping a home as a rental, downsizing or simply understanding their options before making a move.
I’ve helped neighbors buy, sell and invest in the same communities where I live, spend time and stay connected. From East Atlanta Village and Kirkwood to Grant Park and beyond, my work is rooted in neighborhoods I know firsthand. East Atlanta isn’t a target market for me. It’s home.
I’ve lived here for more than 15 years. My kids go to school here. I organize the EAV Tennis Club, volunteer in the community and regularly run into neighbors while grabbing coffee or walking through the Village. I know this community because I’m part of it—and that shapes how I show up for my clients.
